Meristem came to Sheepdog looking for advice on structuring their marketing team and hoping to refresh the firm’s business development assets to tell their story more distinctively. In the end, Sheepdog worked closely with the firm’s partners for a year, totally transforming and elevating Meristem’s marketing system. Along the way, we recruited a new in-house marketing manager, drafted a comprehensive brand platform, produced videos, designed client events and a stunning new office space, and re-developed all of the firm’s communication materials and brand standards.
